Use the links below to sign in to your account and begin your training courses. Use the form and links below if you have issues accessing your account, or any of your course materials.

How It Works...
- Check Your Email – Once you’ve been added to the training course, you’ll receive an email with a link to the course(s).
- Log In – Use your assigned login credentials to sign in. If it’s your first time logging in, follow the instructions in the email to set up your password. Or login HERE:
- Reset Password – If it is your first time logging in, you will be required to reset your password. If this is not your first time logging in, please continue to Step 4.
- Find Your Course – After logging in, navigate to the “Your Courses” section of you account page, where you’ll see the training(s) assigned to you. Select the course.
- Complete the Lessons – Work through each lesson in order, watching videos, reading materials, and completing any required quizzes.
- Pass Off Your Training – Some sections may require you to submit proof of completion, take an assessment, or schedule an in-person evaluation. Follow the course instructions carefully.
- Receive Certification – Once you’ve successfully completed all requirements, you’ll receive confirmation of your training completion.
